Thai massage is a meditative moment to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner peace. It is a floor-based treatment performed while fully clothed, involving pressure and stretching along energy lines and incorporating some yoga postures. It enhances flexibility, strengthens internal organs, and can be either relaxing or energizing, depending on the technique.
Participants can come alone or with a partner. Pairs will be formed, and you will be guided to both give and receive a Thai Yoga sequence.

Born in Bolzano, Anna Nesler graduated in physiotherapy. She has a keen interest in massage therapies and shamanism. She has attended courses in Lomi Lomi Oluea, Lomi Lomi Nui, reflexology, Thai-Yoga massage, acupressure, and end-of-life care. Anna leads women's circles and facilitates workshops on movement and creative dance. She has also been practicing Acro-Yoga for several years.
Anna believes that well-being comes from accepting and loving yourself as you are. She considers body awareness and emotional perception as the foundation of mindfulness. For her, connecting with nature and other human beings is a precious opportunity for growth and happiness.
