How does one become, in little more than 15 years, Studio Blanco - one of the most prolific, famous and successful independent creative studios in Italy and Europe? How do you conquer clients such as Max Mara, Church's, La Manufacture or Kerakoll, interpreting their identity without losing your own identity and way of being an agency? In front of the fireplace at the Luna Bar, on 26 January 2023 franzLAB's creative director Anna Quinz began the second Moontalk with these questions, in dialogue with Valerio Tamagnini, co-founder and creative director of Studio Blanco, winner of the 2021 'Most creative Agency' award at the Monocle Magazine Awards.
The talk then opened up to many other stimuli and suggestions, thanks also to the generosity of Valerio Tamagnini, who shared with the large audience present his vision, the creative processes behind the agency's work, but also and above all the many experiences of creativity he has lived through, which over the years have enabled him to solidify the now international identity of Studio Blanco.
Art, culture, design and, above all, creativity, are the common threads running through the Moontalks curated by franzLAB for the Parkhotel Mondschein. The guests, who take turns at Bar Luna every two months, are local, national and international personalities, who have much to tell and much to share on these topics.
