Christian Zanzotti, Industrial Designer, Munich (GER)

Art, culture, design, creativity - that's what the bi-monthly Moontalks at Parkhotel Mondschein, curated by franzLAB, are all about. Guests come from near and far.
The third Moontalk guest is Christian Zanzotti, industrial designer. In 2013, the native of Mals (South Tyrol) founded his design studio ZANZOTTI in a former machine hall in Munich's creative quarter and specialised in product development. The spectrum of design projects is broad and ranges from bicycles and automobiles to furniture, consumer goods and lifestyle products - such as the extremely light COREN city bike, the IOOI shisha, the award-winning whisky bottle for PUNI or the recently launched MATE SUV Cargobike, an e-load bike developed as an alternative to a car. Clients include BMW, UNU Motors and Durst Group. The studio also regularly develops limited editions with its own brand. As a basis for future-oriented product developments, ZANZOTTI cyclically analyses and researches material capabilities and manufacturing technologies in-house in design studies.
Together with Christian Zanzotti we talk about creativity and reduction.
Moderated by the artist Hannes Egger. Curated by franzLAB.
Free entry, Luna Bar at Parkhotel Mondschein.
The talk will be held in German.
