The Pop-Up Restaurant opened its doors for the first time on September 18th, enriching Bolzano's culinary scene with a new specialty for lovers of Asian cuisine. The newly renovated heritage-listed South Tyrolean “Stube” provides the perfect contrast to the Asian influence, allowing guests to enjoy their ramen in cozy rustic comfort. From Tuesday to Sunday, between 6 and 9 pm, locals and visitors can enjoy the finest ramen soups at Parkhotel Mondschein (Bindergasse 25) until the end of the year.

He learned his craft not only in Austria, but also in Spain and Tokyo, which allowed him to master the art of blending diverse influences into delightful creations. With his Ramen Pop-up, he now combines the training and experience he gained in Japan with local South Tyrolean products, to inspire his guests with delicious Ramen creations.
