The VietVin Dinner Series on 24 and 25 November at Parkhotel Mondschein by Château Tingeling, presents a 5-course menu inspired by the flavours of Saigon's cookshops. You are invited to dine and feast on modern Vietnamese dishes. Look forward to a colourful dinner with tasty natural wines.
On Sunday 26 November, street food from the kiosk will be served. Stay spicy until then.

Viola & Lukas have created their own signature as a couple in life and in the kitchen together, which is shaped by their previous experiences. Viola has worked in Scandinavia for several years, including at Fäviken, Noma and as manager of Cafe Atelier September. Lukas has Vietnamese roots, comes from a family with several restaurants and learned to cook in Austria's top gastronomy.
Under the name Château Tingeling, the two have already hosted food experiences in Austria, France and Denmark and are now looking forward to bringing their fine but incredibly aromatic cuisine to Bolzano.
