Spring is a time of awakening and new beginnings and we are more than happy to celebrate the start of our new yoga teacher and studio manager Arianna and a new yoga season for Arise with you.

During this weekend retreat we hold the space for you to slow down, enjoy la dolce vita in a beautiful location, deepen your yoga practice and connect with likeminded people.

Step back from your daily life to step in again with more joy, inspiration, creativity, lightness and pleasure. An invitation to slow down and tune into your senses.

Friday

Arrival

Afternoon: Opening circle.

Yoga / Flow to the beats - listen to the beat of your heart.

Evening: Mindful Aperitivo & Nourishing Vegetarian Dinner. DJ´n´Drinks.

Saturday

Morning: Miracle Morning / Breath, Move, Meditate.

Healthy brunch.

Free time, Sauna & Garden chats, Strolling around Bolzano.

Afternoon: Cosmic Rest: Cacao & Sound Journey.

Evening: Nourishing Vegeterian Dinner.

Sunday

Morning: Yin Yang Yoga. Harmony is not achieved by following a binary, black or white map, but rather through seeing the relationships between darkness and light within you and around you.

Plant-based Brunch.

Midday: Closing circle.

Afternoon: Departure

What you need to bring:
Your yoga clothes, comfortable clothes and shoes to walk around Bolzano, a light jacket for the mornings/evenings, sunglasses, something you love to wear for the closing circle and most important a good mood.

About Arianna

Arianna, yoga teacher, health coach, sound alchemist and cacao guardian will gently guide you through multi-sensory experiences combing yoga, sound, cacao and food to help you shifting from the head space into the heart space.
