Nancy Singleton Hachisu performs at the Parkhotel Mondschein on four evenings.

Nancy will create an authentic Japanese menu (6 courses) of seasonal dishes with wine / sake accompaniment: the best artisanal Japanese essential ingredients hand-picked and carried from Japan and pristine vegetables, fish, and meats from our local farmers. A collaboration between artisanal Japan and pristine mountain food of Italy.

This is Nancy Singleton Hachisu

Nancy is California native, living on an organic Japanese farm since 1988. She is author of multiple cookbooks and appears regularly in the Japanese media as a supporter of traditional Japanese ways.
